ON SITE SURVEYS:
BCS carry out Survey or Inspection Visits on existing control system installations. A detailed report with recommendations is provided and easy to understand fixed price proposals provided where applicable. A typical cost of a survey for control system installations is around £300 ex VAT for sites within 50 miles of Basingstoke. The company has experience of most stand alone controls and many bms systems. In addition we can give recommendations on aging Control Panels which become prone to failure.
A heavy emphasis is placed on energy conservation with the control systems set to provide the optimum comfort with the very least amount of energy used.
COMMISSIONING:
BCS carry out Commissioning works on new installations. The works are carried out to the highest CIBSE standards and a handover documentation set provided on tests carried out in respect to Building Management Systems. A short form version is provided for smaller systems such as stand alone heating control systems. Also Commissioning can be carried out Control Panels.
SERVICE CONTRACTS:
BCS offer a wide range of Contracts for Service. The most popular are regular scheduled visits to ensure that the control systems and bms systems continue to operate to their maximum. A comprehensive report is provided on the completion of each visit. In addition spares are virtually always resourced even on obsolete systems or suggested alternatives recommended.
FAN COIL UNIT CONTROLS:
BCS have considerable experience in the retro-fitting of Fan Coil Unit control systems. The works is planned well in advance and carried out at the convenience of the End Users to minimise disruption.
